ORDER FULFILLMENT
E-commerce order fulfillment are an absolute “must” for businesses these days. HOW IT WORKS
- An order is placed on your website into your shopping cart
- At the end of the day the clients sample the orders and send them to us via email or in a way that is most preferred to them. We also have an API integrated system where we can integrate the client’s system with ours for easier transfer of orders.
- Once we receive the orders, our call center team begins processing the orders for deliveries. They schedule the orders for the operations team to begin processing the orders. Please note we always make 3 call attempts to each client.
- The orders are then processed for shipping by our warehouse team to various destinations. The orders are shipped over night to ensure our delivery team country wide deliver them to clients the next day without fail.
- In any case the client prefers the COD is remitted to us, we remit it to you, the client, either once or twice a week depending on how the client sees fit.

HOW IT WORKS
- The orders you want to deliver are delivered as per same process like an order for e-commerce is processed.
- The Delivery agent collects the invoice amount of a consignment before handing over the item to its consignee in the form of cash at the time of delivery.
- The collected cash is then deposited to the e-commerce company/ seller’s office or bank account based on the method of payment agreed upon.
- In case for a regular prepaid order delivery or a cash on order delivered earlier, the agent goes to the pick-up location requested by the seller/e-commerce company.
- The agent verifies the condition of the product, packs and receives the goods on the sellers’ behalf and ships it to the requested address while pickup.
- The seller can process the order with refund, exchange or repair with their customer after receiving the item at their end and verifying the product.

We offer a wide range of comprehensive packaging services and solutions for each of your business needs. We understand that operations should be neat and hassle free. We offer a comprehensive packaging service that includes repacking of finished products. We also have options for our customers in which we bring materials and crew to the customers site to pack the products that are to be shipped or they can also be brought to our warehouse.
We can also pick products from your place of business, have them repackaged and delivered to your desired position in good condition.
